Zilker Network is available exclusively to students with an active institutional email address from the University of Texas at Austin (@utexas.edu) or Austin Community College (@g.austincc.edu). By registering, you confirm that you are a current student at one of these institutions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zilker Network to:

• Post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory
• Impersonate another student or create accounts on behalf of others
• Spam, advertise commercial services, or solicit users for purposes unrelated to student collaboration
• Circumvent access controls or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Share content that infringes on the intellectual property of others

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content to Zilker Network, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other verified users. You are solely responsible for everything you post.

4. Account Suspension

Zilker Network reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.

5. Platform Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through Release Notes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zilker Network is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or fitness for any particular purpose.
